Authors are invited to submit abstract(s) using the submission form on this page. Abstracts should contain sufficient detail on the techniques used and the results that will be shown. You will receive a confirmation when the abstract has been received. Please contact the conference secretariat if you do not receive confirmation within 5 working days.
📌 Submission implies the intent of at least one author to register, attend the symposium, and present the paper (either 12+3 minutes orally or in poster format). Contributions will only be finally accepted after registration and payment of the conference fee.

📋 Instructions for Abstract Submission
- 🧾 Maximum 250 words (excluding tables; spaces not counted)
- 👤 Title, authors’ names, affiliations, figures, and tables are not included in the word count
- 🧩 Structure: May be structured (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion) or unstructured
- 🚫 No bold or underline. Italics are acceptable
- 📑 Text may be in multiple paragraphs
- 📚 References should be cited in-text, not as footnotes
🎤 Instructions for Oral/Poster Presenters
🖥️ Oral Presentation
- 💾 Bring PowerPoint on USB/CD
- 🕐 Load presentation in Speaker’s Ready Room at least 1 hour before session
- 💻 Conference computers are equipped with Office 2010 or later
- 🎞️ If including video, test it in both Ready Room and session hall
- 🧳 If using your own laptop, ensure VGA output and test in advance
🍏 Note for MAC Users
- 🖋️ Use standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana)
- 🖼️ Insert images as JPG (not TIF, PNG, or PICT)
- 🔌 Bring VGA adapter for external signal
- 📣 Inform staff on arrival
📌 Poster Presentation
- 📐 Size: 46 cm (W) × 92 cm (H)
- 🧾 Material: Art paper or flex paper
- 📎 Bring your own pushpins or Velcro. Supplies not provided
- ⚠️ No tables or electrical connections allowed near posters
🏷️ Title and Author
- 🔠 Use large font (1" or 36 pt) for title and name
- 📍 Place title, name, and affiliation at the top center
