Authors are invited to submit abstract(s) using the submission form on this page. Abstracts should contain sufficient detail on the techniques used and the results that will be shown. You will receive a confirmation when the abstract has been received. Please contact the conference secretariat if you do not receive confirmation within 5 working days.
π Submission implies the intent of at least one author to register, attend the symposium, and present the paper (either 12+3 minutes orally or in poster format). Contributions will only be finally accepted after registration and payment of the conference fee.

- π€ Title, authorsβ names, affiliations, figures, and tables are not included in the word count
- π§© Structure: May be structured (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion) or unstructured
- π« No bold or underline. Italics are acceptable
- π Text may be in multiple paragraphs
- π References should be cited in-text, not as footnotes

- πΎ Bring PowerPoint on USB/CD
- π Load presentation in Speakerβs Ready Room at least 1 hour before session
- π» Conference computers are equipped with Office 2010 or later
- ποΈ If including video, test it in both Ready Room and session hall
- π§³ If using your own laptop, ensure VGA output and test in advance
π Note for MAC Users
- ποΈ Use standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana)
- πΌοΈ Insert images as JPG (not TIF, PNG, or PICT)
- π Bring VGA adapter for external signal
