Q: I am the co-author of a paper. Can I present the work?
👍 With the consent of the main author, co-author can present their work.
Q: Do I need to submit an abstract to attend the conference?
❌ No, you can directly register as a delegate.
Q: How will I know I have successfully registered?
📩 On successful completion of your registration, you will receive e-tickets via email from our ticketing partner. Kindly print and carry them with you when coming to the summit.
Q: Do you organise individual airport transfers and hotel reservations for participants?
🚗 Every attendee is responsible for their own transport. If any free shuttle service is available, info will be shared by program managers. The organizer will not handle hotel bookings.
Q: How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
🏨 To book a hotel room along with registration, please select the package option in the registration category. Hotel rooms booked through the conference secretariat are for 2 or 3 nights stay. For separate hotel bookings, please contact us for pricing.
Q: Is the conference schedule available?
📅 Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full schedule will be available 30 days prior to the event.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
🚫 No refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, registrations are transferable within registration categories.
Q: I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation for visa purposes. What is the procedure?
✉️ Upon full payment of registration fees, you may request an invitation letter by emailing us. Invitation letters will not be provided to unpaid/unregistered participants. Visa application remains the participant's responsibility.
Q: How can I cancel my registration and request a refund?
💸 Delegates and speakers who cancel before 15th July, 2025, will receive a 50% refund upon submitting a written letter from their organization. No refunds after this date.
